Size and Weight Guide

Our weighted blankets are engineered to meet all body types. Weighted blankets should be around 10% of your body weight, so we recommend 15 lbs for (110-170 lbs) and 20 lbs for (170-240 lbs).  If you are in between sizes, we recommend selecting the lower of the two weights.

A DEEP HUG JUST FOR ONE. Our weighted blanket is designed to make you feel embraced. Each blanket is sized to fit you and cover your body, not the bed. For best results, we recommend 1 person use the blanket at a time.

Weighted blankets are much smaller than normal blankets and will not cover the entire bed or hang off the edge of the bed.
